extensively and clearly intertwined.
Various healers and shamans are presented and their practice discussed,
as the author is also a shaman and a healer so there are great insights coming
from actual experience.
Filipino martial arts come into play briefly as healing is closely linked with them.

The book is filled with pictures of healings taking place, talismans, old warriors....
Really worth the read!
