stick drills

i am new to the art of kali, so i would like to know if anyone if possible in words can describe how to do a single stick drill, and a double stick drill...???? or where i can find the info on the net???

Get a stick. Hold it in your right hand. Hit something with it. Repeat many thousands of times. Add footwork. Repeat many more thaousands of times.
