I was looking at some tapes which paul vunak have made and I saw that one of them was about "Pananjakman" What's that???

have somebody any expercine from his tapes, are they good?? I was thinks maybe buy the "Kino Mutai" tape, with dirty tricks, any good??

from what i've read in books and around the internet, panajakman consist of low line kicking aimed to destruct .. you FMA guys , elaborate if you can .. thanks ahead of time
