      all those titles are garbage theres none of that back Home.. unless the style has gone commercial and is teaching to the public they make these titles....

        So eskrimador since you call yourself that, do you teach yourself or do you have a teacher? and if you do how do you adress them by their first name? or Manong or Tata

          The name eskrimador is not taken but given and earned. Guro means nothing more than teacher, same as sifu for Chinese arts. Dont read too much into it.

              Is Spanish for The Fencer While They Are
              Spelled different They are pronounced the Same Way.

              My cousin is Half Filipina & speaks Tagalog & Spanish.
              She has helped me with terminology.
