1 little post on the Macan Guling
I confess: the teacher is a friend...
but the system is good ! lol !
I practice no the Silat but respects the work of others !
much work with weapon & fluidity.

Like many Silat is a fusion of several Silat.
Silat interesting ... I participate a 1 stage of Silat Black Triangle in England a few years ago I liked best about the work of Gorka here, that Mac Quaid.
Personal opinion of course !!!
Many of Silat are oriented "sport" of racing and I think the traditional Silat possess great power.
Sport reduces opportunities and code regulations. Good ? Bad ? I dont no...
Silat is an art of defense = it is well to leave its place !
