Does anyone know of websites where I can download video clips of sport/point karate? I am begining to get involved in this activity and I would like to see how others go about it.

Try the web-site maslinc.com - they follow most of the major tournaments around the country and post videos of competitors from most of the tournaments.

They also have a members area with tips and advice, etc....
