hi... so does anyone hear know of a ninjitsu dojo in Japan that accepts caucasians who don't speak japanses or have no martial arts experiance? I doubt they would , but if they do, please tell me

There is a long traditional and very difficult to acheive test that you need to pass before you will be accepted into any Ninja dojo.

Is there a big difference between Bujinkan and Ninjitsu? I'm wondering because I want to be a real ninja. Its sounds lame, but I will grow up to be a ninja and will have been trained in bushido(I hope) by the time I'm 40 . And I'm going to make my living by being a professional assasin(no kidding ).

masaki hatsumi is the japanese william chueng
he is "supposedly" the only one who teaches real authentic ninjutsu, and lives in hokkaido i believe
just go to google, type in bujinkan, and that should help
and bushido is not a style, it's a way of life, or thought
just a lil fyi

Defiant, I kinda made fun of you earlier, I hope you took it in fun. Here is some real information about Ninjas and Ninjitsu that may help you (although it might not be exactly what you wanted):


Ninja legend comes from the same time in Japan as Samurai and such. It was a time when Japan was pretty much in anarchy and war - Similar to the dark ages in Europe and Kind of like the Old West in the United states (lawless and not very fun).
As you know, movies and legends about the old west are a lot different than how it really was. Some stuff was true - there really were gunfights and outlaws and stuff - but most of it was made up. The outlaws weren't like Clint Eastwood, the were more like those kids who shot up the school in Columbine. Also for most people life was just like now, except without hot water and Air conditioning.

So, what I'm explaining is that Ninjas in Japan are just like cowboys in the old west. There might have been some soldiers who snuck up on people and killed them. They might have even been called Ninjas, but they weren't really wall climbing invisible assassins and masters of a secret art. They were more like muggers and thieves.


Anyway - There are ninjitsu schools on the US and Japan if you look for them. Most of these schools are taught by men who know Japanese Ju-Jitsu or Karate and changed the name to ninjitsu because they wanted to sell it. Most of the teachers aren't very good, either (some might be good, but not most).


If you really want to learn the ancient Japanese arts like the Samurai or 'ninjas' might have practiced - you should start with Japanese Ju-Jitsu or Judo. Then as you start getting good at one of those, start asking your sensei what he thinks would be good for you next.

Also read books about Japanese history.
