There is still a number of Bujinkan schools in mainland Japan that are open to students, there was an American teaching there but he is returning to the States shortly.
Please do not be conned, real ninja will not teach white people true ninja skills. If u go to japan some guy called Richard Van Donk will teach or stephan hayes and these guys do not teach proper ninjutsu just jujutsu wearing a mask. So dont waste your money.
