just wonderin what your fav karate or martial art sites are. im lookin for some real helpful sites and forums on traditional arts so please post away. THANX

defend.net forum. This is the only forum I belong to. I found it by researching old stickgrappler threads. These are great. http://stickgrappler.tripod.com

My favorite Karate site is http://www.ozwebart.com.au/kua/kata.htm mainly because they keep it simple and have some of the older Katas.

www.coolshack.com is an excellent researc and basic knowledge site, quite a wealth of knowledge there.

Martialinfo.com is a pretty nice webzine, it's where I first heard of the martial arts history museum.
