A few questions, if you please:

Are there any weapons taught in the Uechi Ryu curriculum?

I hear a lot about their conditioning exercises and two man drills. What are they like?

Are there any videos available to download of people training in this style?

Is it karate or kung fu?

    Thanks in advance.

Uechi Ryu is known in China ans Pan Gainoon (I think that's tghe correct spelling). I had a friend who taught it for years and I would visit his school about once a week to train with him and his group. I'm not sure about the weapons, I know that my friend's students did Bo Kata and they also had a kata for a boat ore. Not sure how many other weapons are part of the system.

When watching them practice it struck me as being a lot like empty hand Kali or Filipino Martial arts training but much more structuralized in comparison.
