    The "game" is only one part of Judo. The various SD applications will come in due time.
    I've been out of the game for some time but generally speaking any 3rd dan or better can give you the hard core stuff. Atemi waza, locking then a throw, the nitty gritty details about the lesser known "combat" judo.


    This stuff will help you understand the gentle art better.

      yeah, but you aren't gonna get that as a noob. it's gonna take years of training before you even see any of that. Also most places that teach judo around the country maybe are 1st dan teachers so they most likely lack some of the advanced stuff.

      chances of finding a combat judo school is very rare.
