Is there anyone who can explain to me the scoring system for full contact karate, or give me a good websight to find rules, I am just curios to see if you guys could direct me somewhere, I am looking for something like the PKA style stuff that was big in the 80's please be elementry I have a boxing/wrestling/mma background it is a new arena for me!
