College Karate

I am thinking about talking some Karate classes in college and then supplementing with my own training.

What experience have any of you had with college karate, are they usually decent?

hell yea

i have had the best experience with college martial art classes

everyone is about ur age over 18. if u go to a dojo u may risk having a 12 year old in the adult class. not cool sparring with a 12 year old if ur 18+

plus there are variety of students so u get used to different body types which is useful for grappling martial arts like judo and jujitsu.

everything that is being taught at a college is usually legit. at least at UConn it is.
