Oh, you've been taught ... regardless of how much you've learned from the lesson. You don't have to concede to be shown as blowing hot air.

How did you get your head so far up your ass?

I'd rather have my head up my own ass any day than voluntarily stick my head up someone else's ass and have to leave it there in order to be offered Brewer's sloppy seconds mod job.

I was discussing jujitsu facts, not judo conjecture. You are as poorly informed about judo as you are about JKD, and we only know that because you have demonstrated it.

Leave it to you to make this a pissing contest though.

            3, 2, 1...go!

I'm not pissing on your parade Uke. See the SMILEY? Get over yourself already.

I don't care what you think of me or the former moderators.

That works out pretty well for you then.

Just FYI I am living in London, not America.

So what would you suggest to be the best means of self defence?

I am currently training at the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Gym in BJJ, Muay Thai and I am going to start Judo soon. I think that these styles are helpful because they all have a focus on sparring which is essential to becoming an effective fighter (something that i lacked when training Kung Fu).

Personally, I would like to train in something that addresses how to face multiple opponents, weapons etc; things you will encounter on the street. I would also like to do something that has a lot of standing joint manipulation and locks rather than all on the floor as in BJJ. Are there any styles that are basically BJJ but standing?

                Thanks.
Mate, if you're near Liverpool, I could recommend friends in the Team Kaobon Jujutsu. I guess they change their name into Muga-mushin ryu Jujutsu. Instructors are Senseis Adam Lindop and Sue King.

If you are here in Vancouver, BC, I could teach you ,myself.
                Best of luck.
