I took a peek at the link. Seems lineage is more important to some than others but I still find myself a bit critical (skeptical) as to how they tend to gloss over the effect WW2 had in the western Pacific.
IF there is still legitimate ryu with a verifiable lineage it is a rare exception to the rule.
