I have been in BBT off and on now for a while so I haven't gotten far enough to actually have guns as the weapon to be learned. I am always looking to become a better shooter (and martial artist) and would like to know how the training relates to the NRA's training and to LE training and military training. Not a this is better or this is worse but what are the teaching principles (are they universal?).

Some teachers do not teach certain aspects. If you live in the UK, then why teach something you are not legally allowed to have anyways?

But some teachers, like me, have got a lot of experience in firearms and are willing to teach people if they prove themselves as more than just naruto fans. Prove yourself to one teacher and maybe ask if he can point you to teachers that know about firearms. I myself have just started teaching and am only willing to teach folks I am sure of on the finer points of using weapons like knives and firearms even though I spent so much time studying them myself.
