Modern day Ninja's killing entire units with no media coverage...not freakin' likely unless ninja is a new designation for a Chemical/Biological agents.
As for Shaolin Monks roaming the country testing their techniques on the 2nd class citizens, that's about the dumbest shit I've read today, and if you read Guro Jeff's posts today applauding the beating/hospitalization of a mentally handicapped guy in a dojo that says a lot.
it's not like the roamed the countryside killing random people.
it's more like people we're brought to them usually criminals and this was seen as a service to society.
and this isn't the dumbest shit out. remember that this isn't only limited to the monks, most older fighting systems we're developed this way then tested in combat

Yes I'm aware many cultures and systems did this, but you're the only person I've ever heard attribute this to Shaolin monks.
Especially the concept they experimented on second class citizens. The same people known for helping the poor certainly didn't also drag them off for nefarious experiments to perfect their techniques.
These are the vows they recited daily:
Sentient Beings are numberless, I vow to save them all.
Sufferings are inexhaustible, I vow to end them all.
Dharmas are boundless, I vow to learn them all.
The Buddha Way is unsurpassable, I vow to embody it.
The Yang Family has claimed to have participated in experimenting on prisoners, but I highly doubt the Shaolin Monks found the practice acceptable.
While morality wasn't always taught at Shaolin, it was one of the conditions of Shaolin being rebuilt ages ago. I've studied extensive documentation of the development of the systems, their founders and their attributes, none were noted for the behavior you claim.
There is no shortage of stories of this behavior from the ruling classes in China, and no shortage of stories of the Japanese doing it...but the Shaolin monks? Thats all you.
the incident was recorded but not that they were killed by ninjas. it says a whole platoon of marines was killed by their drinking water being spiked with arsenic. the people who were supposed to be responsible for cooking and the like were japanese. these stories are not so modern, i mean they are but not as modern as you may be thinking. they come from ww2. so yes they are modern but at the same time they are not.

If the incident was recorded, provide a link or something beyond, "Like, I think there was this book, see..."
