Check out his silly Viking web site. He has this to say -
"Having been in and out of a few martial arts / RBSD chat rooms and message boards, I've discovered that most of them are the same. There are some honest and good people that frequent these places that have an interest in gathering information. However, there are others that lurk the halls of cyber world and offer up their hate filled opinions as if they were fact.
Unfortunately, the moderators of these forums encourage this behavior. For some reason they prefer to have these cyberpunks around that offer no insight and worthless posts. Good people attempt to fight back against these cowards who cloak themselves in anonymity, like a brown paper bag over their heads.
Of course these guys will remain anonymous because it empowers them to say things to and about people that they otherwise would never be brave enough to put their real names to. Their anonymity provides them with a cloak of false protection from where they feel it is safe to fire their predatory quips.
I say false protection because as I have learned John Doe's are not perfectly anonymous in cyberspace. There have been several lawsuits won against John Does who spew this crap.
Personally, I'm of the opinion that lawsuits in these situations are useful, but very time consuming. Like the message boards themselves, it takes time away from the most important things, God and my family. However, sometimes the libelous statements written by cyberpunk can get bad enough that it requires a legal remedy. This option is always a possibility.
From this point forward I am not going to engage these message board cowards with a response, nor will I visit the message boards where they lurk. It is sad that people have such an ego problem that they can't be civil to others. But, life goes on without them."
