if i remeber correctly Bruce Lee even stated that there was some one with quicker hands than him. It was mentioned during a tribute to him from his daughter. Second he was challenged all the time in the streets of china(something about doing something 3 times is calling a challeng) and never lost those fights. If you really want to believe his death is a mystery go ahead, I'll stick with he died of a severe reaction to the cannabis he had taken, while he was with his mistress.

Is it really that important to people how bruce lee died?
Instead of focusing on how Bruce died, would it not better use of time and energy concentrating on the ideas, the concepts and the philosophies that he left?
Personally i think it would.

i agree with seany85. but he did die due to a brain adema. i don't think betty ting pei was his mistress though. i don't think he was a sex freek like some people say. linda actualy said that bruce was pretty nieve when it came to sex, so i doubt that ms pei was his mistress

he die. he had about 3 nervous breakdowns and was rushed to hospital about 2 or 3 times cuz of similar incidents. it was very scary. and no, there is no evidence to suggest bruce was sleeping around. and being overworked, i doubt his sex drive went higher; with all the work he was doing it probably went down, or linda got tired of him working out while having sex with her. ()but not a sex freek

One thing I forgot to say ,although Bruce had great concept of how martial arts should be by mixing different styles, and was claimed to have his own phylosophies they were only new for that period and for those who were not familiar with it but Bruce Lee was not actually the first one to come up with those theories of his he just reintroduced the idea of mixing different arts which changed the way martial arts is today.
Those theories he had has existed way before his time, just look at arts like Pankration (an art combining Muay Thai and Submission Wrestling)which date as far back as the time of the first Olympics in Greece but for some reason everyone seems to think Bruce Lee was the first one to come up with these theories and phylosophies, he was only the first one to reintroduce it.
Jeet Kune Do although invented by Bruce Lee and still practiced today is actually based on a reintroduction to the old ways and best ways to practice martial arts by mixing different ones.

Originally posted by MuayThaiFighterWhat the hell are you talking about, Bruce Lee didn't do drugs!!!!!!!! I guess you don't consider hash a drug then.It is hash that made his anerizm worse and eventually pop and killing him.So to say Bruce never did drugs is simply stupid.Anybody that has studied alot about Bruce knows he was not that innocent as you claim.Just because he was a martial artist and looked great in his movies does not mean he cared or was careful with his health.
Simply put Bruce Lee was a user of hasheesh.

Don't believe in matyrs and false gods, Bruce Lee was first and formost a human being with all the inperfections that come with it. The steriods I believe becuase he was obssesed with strength and power I am sure he at least tried some. Remember, steriods at that time were not viewed from the same glasses as they are today. I am sure it was looked mega vitamins not "DRUGS"
MTF I agree
