You can try asking this guy. I think he may be the only person certified to teach by Ted Wong. If he's not the only only one, then he's one of not many. His email and phone number are on his homepage.

Wong is located in LA Chinatown. That's all I Know. you might want to check out jfjkd puerto rico. it has an instructor's list. if you want JKD instruction and can't get a hold of a wong student try Chris Kent's guys. www.chriskentjkd.org.
