1 - name striking fear and all that. it did, and still can. my teacher was at some japanese festival and had our school name written in caligraphy and the woman thought it was very interesting and asked where it came from and he merely said "ninja" and she got very quiet and looked nervously at her friend.

2 - okay, that is just an opinion.

3 - opinion too, but we pretty much learn to use everything. and what is better than everything? :P

I dont refer to myself as a JKD artist since ther really is no JKD style. Just like a picture of a mountain is not the real thing. But I take in consideration what bruce lee said and. Your post JKD vs. Ninjitsu is very humorous and entertaining but lacks an essential foundation--TRUTH.

(1) Uniforms are meritless when it comes to combat and self defense.
-if I saw someone in a Ninja uniform, I would wonder if it was Halloween.
(2) I respect the Art or Technique of Ninjitsu; however, JKD doesnt have a specific technique or routine. It is an Art which trains in versatility and adaptibilty.
(3) The meaning of the name of JKD is the importance of the Art. The meaning is "The way of the Intercepting Fists." When analyzed properly, One must see the Potency of such Art.
(4) Our Founder--who is none other Bruce Lee the Man, the Myth, the Legend
(5) Question: who would want to walk around in a Ninja outfit?

Dude I really dont like the way people say things to challange then dont back it up...words only get you so far. That is why peoeple dont learn by reading alone they must do it... funny stuff although the title JKD VS (ANY MARTIAL ART INCLUDING NINJUTSU) doesnt make any sense since every single martial art can be integrated into JKD..i beleive you can dress like a ninja and throw any geometric figure and still be able to understand and express your interpretation of jeet kune do..
