      My opinion and experience:

      All the drills should not be restricted to patterns but only used to develop basic sensitivity and awareness then broken off from to be more "Alive"

      Also, Matt, Vunak, Erik added live resisting opponent. Me thinx not they the first. But yes they do it well.

      Angles and Distance is the main thing in terms of lead.
