U-D, delete that and send it to him privately. Our kind can't give away all the secrets to why we walk around smiling nonchalantly all day.

my father was a very dirty, bad man. my father was raised a logger. my father taught me to be crafty and mean.

mom, on the other hand, she taught me to manipulate and layer on guilt. (shrug)

I relate with underdog's solution. but there is another.

      Does he hunt?

To quote the old man "Lots of stray bullets flyin' around during hunting season".

      And it's a good point.

Aside from that? I don't fear anyone because of what their belt rank is. Belt rank - Shmelt Rank, I say. Most martial arts schools suck...for any application. So, in theory, most brown belts also suck. Well, they may be able to do a bakcwards jump spinning back kick, or some other such nonsense, with perfect form.. But face a man with a fast jab/cross/hook? No. Not even close.

Then again, at some schools, even the orange belts are bad mutha (shutcho mouth)..I was just talking about fight schools..

        Situation

I am a assistant manager. I have one question for you do you have a human resource department. Since this bully is hurting individuals if the supervisors arent doing anything they are putting themselves in line for a serious law suite especially if someone gets hurt. Also it is employers job to make the workplace a safe place to work this is a form of harrassment. Can you say im sueing? Make sure you document each incident and if there are witnesses try to get them to sign a sheet saying what happened. Its good you want to protect the others but try to avoid it unless necessary. Do you have video cameras where you work. Hope it works out for you.
