Paul Vunak's RAT Program Interactive Video

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone here has seen or bought Paul Vunak's Interactive Rapid Assault Tactics video. Is it any good? I'm already certified in the RAT Program, but I was looking for something to keep my skills sharp while I'm at home.

good tape

Like most of Vu's material, this tape is quite good and more than worth the money. My one criticism is Vu's insisting on "guntings" or limb destructions. I can't imagine using the bicep-knuckle-jab-thing on anyone except a guy who punches as slow as someone's grandma.
I would rather use the stop-hit or a low line kick to get the beat I would need
to go into the str8blast then hke or a choke.
Just my opinion, but, good tape.

By "gunting" do you also mean blocking an opponent's punches with your elbows as a destruction?

If a guy breaks his own fist on your elbow or breaks his own shin on your knee, that is one thing. My view is that most of the standard gunts taught in Pananjakman (like the bicep poke ) can't work against a fast jab. Hey, if you think you can limb-destroy Roy Jones' left hook or Lennox Lewis' jab, go for it.

I believe in training to fight a man both stronger and faster than myself.
Why train a move that can only be used against slow punchers?

And just becuz I am critical of ONE ASPECT OF Vu's material does not mean that I do not euthusiastically support the overall PFS project.
