    A person would not train just for the one inch Punch. Any training on the 1 in, punch would to be training for the dynamics of whole power .Understanding that even at such a short distance proper body action would create benificial over all power. And any training is but just a part of the over all picture. No person should train the inch punch as a tool but as a understanding device. Infact you will find It is more of a aid device to hitting At any distance if its understood.

      short power.....if ur that close 2 a person y not just use n elbow or knee strike or grab the back of his head n uppercut or hook or headbutt when the person is close enuff 2 grab u then straight shots woulnt do the trick.
