Eriks tapes rock!
I probably use 70% of what i have on tape from him !!Its simple stuff in the sense that the probabilty of some doing what the set up requires is very good!!
My favorite is the garage tape (this is bit missleading because the title is Eriks graetest hits)-a ton of subs /flows ect
then his two chix wing offerings are next.
But i agree you cant go wrong with any thing you buy from him !!An that i respect!!later
P.S.-his vale tudo tape covers the plum an sets upsfrom the plum an knee catches ,rolling leg bar , standing leg bar variations ,victor kogas throw variations ,set ups fron K.I.B head crank later wu
