I am a long time fan on Bruce Lee and JKD. I have now decided to take the plunge and start training. I know that there are a lot of rogue organizations out there, but does anyone know if Master Inosanto has any instructors that teach in maryland?

Instructors in MD
I've trained with Steve Braun and he's top notch, but he's hard to contact. You'll primarily get Filipino Martial Arts and Pencak Silat from him. I believe he's teaching at the Boys and Girls club (boxing room) in Laurel.
Good luck...

steve braun must not advertise b/c i checked that boxing gyms website once before. i googled alvin chan & found out that he also teaches combat submission wrestling however, but no mention of silat.
im going to email them both to see if i can come by to watch class. im sure all the guros' know each other, so if i can't find what i am looking for hopefully, they can refer me to the next. there doesn't seem like alot of politics or discrediting others in master inosanto's lineage, which i admire. i guess when your good theres no reason to bash others.
is the proper title master inosanto or guro inosanto? i was always taught master.

More Information
Yeah, Steve doesn't advertise but I'm sure he's at that boxing gym on Tuesday nights...7:00-9:30 I think. I may head over there next Tuesday (01 November), if he's changed locations I'll let you know. As far as titles for Guro Dan: if it's FMA or Silat related it's Guro, if it's Jun Fan/JKD related it's Sifu, and if it's Muay Thai it's Ajarn.
Take care...
