Injuries

I am sure that there have been alot of injuries from sparrind and I just got my first one. I took a good shot to the lower ribs and I have slight pain when I take a deep breath. I dont think its broken, but about how long will I have to put up with it. I have never had bruised ribs either, so this is all very new for me. I know there is not much you can do for rib injuries, but any advise would be greatly appreciated.
