Bob Wetosky in Waterloo, In. (north of Fort Wayne, Indiana)
Rick Sollo's Aiki (thai, wrestling, submission, junfan trapping, etc.) in Skokie, Illinois.
Hackney's Combat academy in Addison, IL.
White Tiger Kenpo, not strictly jkd, but run by former UFC competitor
Rick "Duke" Roufus school in Milwaukee.
Degerberg Academy in Chicago.
There was also a jkdc/wing chun/ escrima school on Belmont Ave. near Harlem
In (nw) Chicago, don't know if it is still there.

I trained under a police officer (Captain now I believe) who used to be an MP in the military, so he was no stranger to fights and thus, was a great JKD instructor in my opinion. I believe he lives in St Charles, Illinois now. Not sure if he still teaches.

Hi,
You could check the schools directory here:
Mousel's Self-Defense Academy and Mousel's Mixed Martial Arts Academy are martial arts organizations dedicated to the promotion of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing (Muay Thai), Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW), Filipino Martial Arts, Boxing, Reality-Based Self-Defense (RBSD) and Women's Self-Defense through seminars, and instructional DVDs. We're located inside O Athletik in the Heights, Houston, Texas.
Also, check www.inosanto.com

thanks for the info, but there are no schools on there. i thought maybe someone on here knows of somebody who does not have a "school" but teaches and is qualified. i've heard that there are alot of good teachers but you need to be refered to them.
