  • jkd, jun fun dummy sets and FMA tapes available now!!!!

TO @all the jkd clan here.. i want to post something about that i met a very good jkd teacher through here and i have purchased his tape on the jun fun dummy sets 1-10 .
out of my surprise his tape was so great!! it was so instructional , helpful and he goes through all the techniques on the dummy and explains very well there purpase and and concept of doing the wooden dummy. his tape was so good that im already buying more tapes from him.. he has the jun fun dummy sets 1-10 its not expensive at all and a very reasonable price for what he teaches.. and the ohter tapes he is doing now is FMA trapping .on the stlyes of panantukan, and dumog which is FMA best and combative trapping .. .TO be honest , I reccomend any serious JKD praticioner to buy these tapes cause it boosted up my training faster and more progressable then ever. so guys.. trust my on this get the tapes.. im sure he has more tapes on the line so please go to his website or email him ...he is a great teacher and person in general so what are you all waiting for go and contact him and buy the tapes..

              Video Tapes

              Hey LaCoste,
I actually have about fifteen different tapes done. Here's what I have ready to go...
              1. Jeet Kune Do Tactics - Covers the fundamentals of how to win streetfights. Interceptions, destructions, and countering are the focus.
              2. Jeet Kune Do Basics - This is the raw beginner's tape, and it focuses on the correct form and delivery of the foundation tools in each of the four ranges
              3. Jeet Kune Do "Streetfighting Solutions"" Volumes 1-3 - These three tapes are the only ones professionally produced, and they cover various aspects from tool development to attribute training to scenario training. Tape three is my favorite, with a lot of real contact stuff shot in a bar. The mass attack and weapons stuff is particularly useful
              4. Kali SIngle Stick - brand new beginner's tape on single stick
              5. Kali Double stick - As above, but with double stick
              6. Disarming Weapons - A look at disarms with weapons and without, versus the stick or the knife
              7. Panantukan / Dumog - A really good tape on functional trapping and punching, and how to position the body to hit harder and better
              8. Vale Tudo Volumes 1 and 2 - Designed for the white belt student, tape 1 is takedowns and a brief section on the mount (low, high, and knee-up) with some arm bar flows and fakes / forks, Volume 2 is all about the guard, and covers stabilization, reversals, and attacking the arms and base
              9. Wing Chun Dummy - Covers a mixture of the Jun Fan Dummy sets, and incorporates some JKD concepts
              10. Boxing "Power Tools" - Originally taped for one of my students to warm up to, this is a tape on hitting hard and using the heavy bag to isolate tools and combinations
              11. Energy Drills - Some of the best stuff I've found to get realistically functional with trapping range. This has more info on it that any other energy drill tape I've ever seen, and incorporates Chi Sao, Lop Sao, Hubud from several angles, De Cadena, Pak Sao Cycle, Siko Ordabis, and more with some of the more common "real" trapping energies I've actually pulled off in the bar or heavy sparring.

All except the Streetfighting Solutions are shot on a home video camera, and are not made to be "production quality." They are made to be informative and affordable. I'm only charging $19.95 per tape, plus shipping. Discounts for set orders. Dominic is getting several more, and I will also custom make tapes if you want to request a subject. Same price. Rather than review the tapes myself, I'd rather let the people who are buying them tell you whether or not they liked 'em. But, if you'd like to order any, just e-mail me at MikeBCuttingEdge@qwest.net. Thanks all,
              MIke

On the JunFan/JKD dummy set tape, do you show the complete movements on both series.

                    Jun Fan Sets

Due to a LOT of interest in the Jun Fan Dummy tape, I am currently working on a tape that is the Jun Fan sets in their entirety, straight from the curriculum. As I said before, the tape I have now wasn't intended for the public, and it's sort of a blend of things from Jun Fan and my own curriculum. It's fairly complete, though. Not textbook, but the info is there. I'm a little backlogged with orders right now (I have to dub 14 copies of the Panantukan video and 10 more mook jong tapes) and without high speed dubbing, I'm falling behind some, but I'll keep everyone posted, and when I do a tape with the authentic Jun Fan dummy sets, I'll let you all know.
                    Mike
