Bruce Lee sparring!

I don't know how many of you have seen this. It is an exhibition sparring match between Bruce and possibly Guro Inosanto. Someone at the kung fu forum posted the link and I just thought I'd have to send it here. If you watch closely I think you will see a lot of applied JKD!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WHAT?? They took it down??? Sheeeeit! Sorry guys. I'm gonna see if anyone I know saved it and I'll try to get it. But if that doesn't happen, don't worry about it too much. It was interesting but it wasn't anything spectacular. They were just doing light sparring and Bruce worked some counters and interceptions. The video quality is also not that great and with their gear on, you have to watch for a few moments to figure out which one is Bruce. But still, it is interesting to watch the man work a little freestyle.

There is aMovie called Top Fighter, it has what was on the clip plus allot more! BRuce doing one inch punch two different times. Working trapping, Blindfolded chi sao the works all seem to be taken from the same day ( Looks like the Ed Parker Demo)

And let me tell you, Bruce is FAST! He does a stop kick to a lead punch that is BAM! I mean there is not just a little difference in how fast he is compared to anyone I seen so far, there is a HUGE difference. He is sudden!

There is one blockbuster that has it in my area (ohio).

Warning, Rest of the Movie SUCKS and is about all kinds of Movie fighters. but Man, you have got to see Bruce!

I have seen Top Fighter around, but it always looked pretty bad so I never watched it. I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the heads up.

Sparring clip

Sorry for the inconvience, but yes, I took the video down. Too much traffic, I got a warning from my provider after more than 5.000 downloads in two days ;-) Anyway, it will be back up for a short time next month and I will continue to post other mpg's I got from Bruce Lee training etc. In case you missed it, just email me and I can maybe send it out or post it somewhere else (it's over 9 MB!). Anyway, as I said, I will continue to have clips on my page, but not for the last three days of this month ;-)

Thanks a lot, if somebody is still interested in the Sparring clip, we can think about it! At the moment I got the Longstreet scene where BL explains JKD online. This is rather well compressed, so no problem by now ;-)
