Just a note to say that we at JKDU will not have our lives altered by acts of terrorism. I have faith that our military will take care of the problem. Our duty, as I see it, is to continue our way of life, uninterrupted, and continue to be an example of accomplishment for people everywhere. You can let this event take the wind out of your sails, or let it light a fire under you. Be bold, and be your best!

For all those that already have that warrior spirit burning inside this should be a little lighter fluid. Hit those pads that much harder, close that gap that much quicker, get rid of all those excuses, "why you can't train today". Today may be your last day to train before you have to defend yourself, your family or your country. So gear up, cause when it goes down I'll be there watching your back.....and I need you to watch mine.
