    2 and 3 liter plastic bottle workout

    This may be of interest to those of you who don't have a steady workout partner...try filling 2 and or 3 liter plastic soft drink bottles with water...tie them up carefully to a tree limb or something sturdy...start them swinging at different height levels...let me know how you did...careful so you dont get knocked down ...lol...and hey no cheating...johnny (SFU)
