  • Free Bodybuilding Mass & Size Report

    Hi All,

Pete Sisco sent me an eight page "Mass & Size Report" to pass along. It is completely free to download.

Here is the url for the free report: http://www.combativesolutions.com/massreport.pdf

Peter Sisco is co-author of Power Factor Training, Static Contraction Training and other books. He is also the editor of the five-book "Ironman's Ultimate Bodybuilding" series.

I hope you find it useful.

    All the best,

    BIG Sean Madigan

    Big Sean,

Thanks for the Free Report, it was very helpful. I have a question though. I've been working out for quite a while now and I admit I think I've hit a plateau. It has been really difficult for me to make any big gains even though my Intensity is there, diet is always clean, and changes in routine is there as well.

My question is, I work out one body part per day, for example, bicep on monday and that's it, is this okay? In a sense I'm giving that body part one week to rest until I work it out again. So are you saying that there is a chance that I might have to give that particular body part a longer rest period?

Anyways, if that is the case then wow, your program is definately unique in that it differs from everything else I've ever read or have been told. People usually just tell me to work out a body part once a week.

      HI

      Hey,

I am far from an expert on this. That report was written by Pete Sisco and I strongly suggest that you contact him (there is a link within the report) with your question.

Pete is a good guy, and he answers his answers quickly.

To answer your question...in my opinion, I give a body part between 13 -16 days of rest before working it to failure again. I am NOT a bodybuilder though, I am just another Fat guy getting in shape. (but it's working for me!)

weaponunlease - I am not a expert on gains but I also do one body part per week. It work well for me. If you find that you have hit a wall - take a week off then go back. I usually lift for 8 weeks then rest for a week. When I return to the gym I usually am a little stronger

I would like to talk about this when I have more time.
