As I recall she was very fond of you, but not as much as my mom is of the Don. She used to say you were the best date. 5 minutes of love, then she coud watch her shows uninterrupted after you dozed off....

Also, she wanted me to ask you when you were going to pay all that 'back rent' you owed her.

I don't mind hearing about it, as long as the money keeps flowin' in.

      best martial art

The best martial couldn't ever exist, it has to much to do with the individual players. But today the best martial arts (plural), involve several ranges like "the original jujitsu" before it evolved like the others. For some reason they for the most part evolved with an agenda that didn't include going to deep enough into other ranges. They will practice techniques that involve other ranges but its not enough. The best martial arts of the future need to spend more time in all ranges. Of course we are all going to favor some more than others, but to come to the understanding of all the ranges, we have to practice all the ranges.
Back to the original question: The best martial can exist for you, but to actually put a name on it is probably impossible.

But if you'd like a direction of a good blend of arts, I would say JKD and BJJ. The JKD is good standing up and will take you to the BJJ range and everything in between will come from practice. A lot of people will say Thai and BJJ, and theres nothing wrong with this but the sensitivity training from JKD is an advantage that helps you naturally flow from range to range and Thai dosen't have that. But Thai is a great stand up game and will deliver a pounding.

The one that works for you becomes the right one for that time, is the one that you practice day in and day out!
