      Thanks,

The beauty of fences is that they can always be mended with a little work. You've known him longer than I have and I posted his phone number...

p.s. Little known factoid, Erik Paulson was the person that wrote Joe's recommendation for acceptance to be considered for certification by Guro Dan. Man, how good does a guy have to be for that to happen?

"The beauty of fences is that they can always be mended with a little work."

Not sure what you mean by that but if it implies there is some mending that needs to be done between Joe and myself that's not the case. We've never had a problem and get along just fine.

Since you were posting his seminar I figured you talked to him frequently. I will go ahead and give him a call.

          Thanks,

          Tim

Well, no offense....just often we lose contact with one another. We end up "doing our own thing" or whatever and maybe don't keep in touch, and as time goes on those bonds that were developed (if they were), like a fence, begin to show ware from neglect, because we haven't spent anytime working on them. Paint begins to chip, boards begin to warp,etc...

You two are brothers in the system, under Inosanto. My though would have been you'd be like, "cool, good to see Joe is doing his seminar, I'll go support it" or " hey, I need to give Joe a call and see how it's going, its been too long" or "Hey guys, Joe McD is a legit Inosanto certified instructor that stays under the radar, but is worth going to see....", and not "hey can you tell him about MY stuff".....That how I've seen my Family members in Kenpo do it, but hey that's us.

p.s. I told him about you bringing Paulson down a month and a half ago....

bump & saw Tim Mousel's school

Just a reminder about this McDaniel event coming up, and to my surprise I was by Tim Mousel's place this weekend. I went to a kid's b-day party that was in the gymnastics area (Discovery Gym or whatever it's called) and saw the banner up. I definitely like it better than the old Brown Gymnastics location, and not just because it's much closer and 5 minutes from my job (unfortnately my work schedule prevents any attendance). The area seems bigger. I think the Paulson seminar will do really well there.
