I'm back

I'm back with a sore jaw, sore nose, stiff neck, bruised rib, smashed shins, bruised thigh, and even a bite mark or two.

But I got my Full Instructorship.
Thanks for all who wished me luck. I'm going to be giving a lot of thought to some things now, so I may not be online as much.

Congratulations on your achievement. Sometime when you have the chance, how about giving us a run-down of what your Full Instructor test consisted of. I'd be interested in seeing what Vu feels is important for his senior guys to know. Thanks.

Hey Ryu,

Congrats on you full instructorship Vu must have given you the ultimate test. HE is crazy isn't he i can't wait to get back out by him this summer. Did he say when he was going to have his retreat i want to go this year. Anyway to answer a previous question Ryu probably got bitten by Vu during kino mutai training. The filipino art of Biting, eye gouging, and pinching. 144 different postitions you can do that uninterruptedly.

Congrats Ryu! When you have time it would be great to hear the details of the test. I came back from getting my Apprenticeship in 1996 all battered and bruised but deep down feeling great knowing I had learned a whole new outlook on fighting. Congrats again.
