    Yes while it is true that one can learn from books, DVDs, videos, seminars, etc. There is simply no substitute for real training. You must to reach your highest level either find someone close to you or look at long distance training. That way you can see what the books can never explain for the constraint of time. It also important, as was stated in the last post, to put into the flight time. Gear up and get brutal. So to speak. Like the last guy said, you need a good workout partner, and good physical workout. But remember you NEED study training under a professional. It is dangerous to figure out some of this stuff on your own, plus they will point out things you never would see on your own. Trust me I have trained since I was 5. Most of it long distance training. Being 25 now I can tell you it works.
