Grabbing your opponent b4 launching your head gives a better impact & if they're just in front of a wall you can get the double effect.

So I guess I should carry a mobile wall just in case.Or even better just a brick then I wont have to butt.

Since learning how to do it properly I have never actually head butted anyone. It is a technique specifically excluded from our armoury by the powers that be. I don't like it, but there you go.

No, we are not all getting armed with guns (I presume thats what you meant). But most Forces have their officers carrying CS sparays and Polycarbonate Batons (or similar).

This has been something that's fascinated me for awhile. Do they normally just give you a badge and a hat and say "go fight crime?" Do the police in London carry handguns?

There are armed police all over the UK. They are part of specialist "Armed Response Teams" and can only be used under certain circumstances.
