Hello,
I recently started training in a studio with a very good teacher(i have taken 2 lessons with the man, and i get good "vibes" from him and have watched him teach). He claims to teach Hapkido. His training regimine include both hapkido and teakwondo history. He categorizes his training regimine into kicks, form, falls and tumbling, self defense, and sparring, with some breaking. Also history, belt meaning, ect.
What worries me is this question: Am i really learning hapkido, or teakwondo with self defense added? I am about to earn my white belt and this question goes through my mind. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks.
