well i want to learn tkd but as of rigght now i live in ga (for school only) and the only tkd place i have seen looks like a joke. its a ATA place. all i was in there was a bunch of laughing kids and AND adults doing sidekicks in a line and they were falling and giggling and such. I dont want to go to a place like that and the instructor was such a softee. i think that it should be fun to learn TKD but this was just not serious at all. all most like a daycare dor children. anyway i wasl thinking of getting a book or a dvd on the basic stuff BUT , I would realy want to have an experianced teacher shoe me the RIGHT way . the worst thing i can do is learn evrything WRONG. so how are the books/dvds out there?

There might be a school near you.
Do not judge too harshly the falling and giggling students...because even athletic people will feel clumsy in the beginning and giggling is the best way to deal with stumbling!
