  • Your ultimate training enemy...

I was inspired to ask this after reading a reply from Hardball to one of my other posts

What is your ultimate training enemy? What is it that gets in the way of you training and progressing most?

As i have already said mine is drinking and late nights, how about yours?

Sleep problems, haven't exactly figured out what causes them yet.

Same. Ever since I got back from Canada my internal clock has been messed up. I'm lucky if I get up before noon these days

Mine would have to be my girlfriend.Shes the only thing i let get in the way. Its not a bad thing, it just is an answer to the question ^-^. My only higher passion than fighting is her, so her a distraction is all but a bad thing.
next to that would be Injury(i hurt my left wrist and right foot playing soccer, so movement, blocking, and striking is tough to work on.

For me the issue is being too far from my place of training. Its a 40 minute drive most of the time, which is 80 minutes there and back, I don't like it at all.

The other issue is time, if I could only have more hours in the day....
