I enjoy doing some of the flashy techinques, are they all practical of course not that doesn't mean that they aren't fun.
Here are a few of my favorite techniques.
Some are just for fun such as the back flip. I learned how to do this at 30. I am one of two people in my school who can do a back flip.

The double kick is fun but not particularly practical. I have used it to kick 2 boards at once. I guess if you have 2 opponents who are sleeping you might catch them with this.

The running on the wall might possibly have an application. Like kicking a really tall person but more likely would help one get over a high wall.

The front fall is useful for sprawling, if swept etc.

The hajin is the way to fall after an arm drag throw, a hip toss or any other throw that results in a sommersult in the air.

I would be interested in seeing pictures of you doing your favorite techinques/kicks. Korean Martial arts are often full of flashy techniques, so toot your horns and lets see what you have got.
