My oh my....my legs are killing me...
We had tournament today...point sparring, forms and freestyles...(and then judging - Scorekeeping in my case and teardown)
I never seem to get warmed up at testing or tournament like at class...I haven't gotten injured yet...to my surprise...
Do any of you have an idea how to warm up without the benefit of a structured class?
