Hi guys,
I have the opportunity to train locally in Han Kuk Mu Do. Has anyone ever heard of this and could anyone enlighten me as to what it actually is. Its labelled as Korean Kick Boxing but Ive read on various sites that its kickboxing combined with various joint locks/ strikes and more...The instructor tells me that he is teaching it in its traditional form as opposed to the 'diluted' forms sometimes used...Anyone any information on this ? I can find info on Han Mu Do but not much on Han Kuk Mu Do ??
