Well, my training schedule has changed. I moved an I no longer live 7 miles from the Dojang, but more like 30 and I can't go as I used to.
My must-have days are Monday, Friday and Saturday (sucks, because the instructor on Friday gives you a run for your money....200+ crunches in two days are very painful!)
I need some ideas on what to do during the rest of the week. I have a fully equipped gym at my disposal, pool, sauna, weights, machines...open floor...(plus I need to get muscled up a bit - got kicked into the short ribs again...absolutely no fun! I feel like that Bandit in the movie "El Diablo" he got shot in the exact same spot twice with arrows!
Reminds me...need to put epsom salt on my shopping list....
