Yep What jubaji said. I was just clarifying my points not preaching (well maybe a little), but the subject is dropped.
How did manage with the exams today(no sarcasim)I know you didn't get the grades back but did you feel like you did well?

I felt i did good on math but english, I was a bit shaky with the vocabulary. The wrestling team is having a car wash saturday, time for me to seek redemption by washing 50 cars more than the others.

I'm still on the team baby. Oh,got another question for ya guys. Ok, so you're attacking the guy's head with a power-half, Your opponent being on all fours and you are to his side. I've seen a lot of guys stick their head in the guy's side and use it to push the other guy over. Is this effective? How do you do it?

Seems to me your energy would be better spent working on the near leg. Putting the head in the side sounds like an attempt at forcing a cradle more than anything else.

Hmmmmm...interesting. It sounds like a near side craddle, but kinda odd from the power half, seems more appropriate from a front headlock. This would be a power half with you in front of the opponent?
If you are working a half nelson from the side yes you crank your opponent and try for a craddle or hook and leg and stack. Getting the nearside is very effective as a craddle head in the side and grab the inner leg (knee, ankle etc) crank and push with the head and then lock the hands, grab the bottom of your siglet if you need to, if you can't get the pin you will at least get the full back points.
Hey BJJ I meant to ask ssince you donot start, what was your first match? Was it an exhibition match, at a scrimage?? Just curious.

I forgot to ask which of the double leg take downs would be the easiest to complete. The one where you grab behind the knees and drive, or Where you lift him up on your shoulders and dump him on the ground. I prefer the driving one but would like to hear your opinions. Also, for the one when I drive(not in the car), should I lift then drive, or just drive?

Jubaji - you are correct you can't intentionally grab someone's singlet. What I meant is when trying to locked up the near side people kick out and if your knee is there you might grab the bottom of your singlet for a sec or so to get position (technically its cheating but oh well)
