              Wrestling. Learning more submissions won't necceceraly improve your ability to apply them. Wrestling will. The key isn't knowing every submission in the world, it's executing the one's that you already know. The goal is to be able to apply the submission, not just "know" every one out there. If that is the case. What's the point? Submission are useless if you can't apply them!
