Anyone get a hold of that fighters notebook that is being advertised??? I'm just wondering if it is even worth buying.

It is the best book on submission wrestling. Hands down, no comparison.

Great book for beginners, alright for someone with a couple of years under their belt. JJ Machado's new book is great ( for mostly gi work, but is still applicable ), Matt Hatmaker's books are pretty good for new material
