Me & my friend were wanting to learn how to use the bo & the escrima sticks. Where we take martial arts at they don't offer weapons training nor anywhere around where we live. ? 1. How would we go about learning? Videos? Books? Etc. ? 2. Are there any certain books or videos that are better than others? If so, what are they called & where can we get them at? ? 3. I know when you study with nunchucks, you practice with ones with pads around them, do they offer the same thing with bo's and escrima sticks? Because we really don't feel like busting ourselves in the head with hard sticks. We are wanting to buy our equipment tomorrow. The quicker we can get a reply, the better. Thanks. Trey & Jim.
